Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you receive a commercial license to use content generated through our Services for your business purposes.

xshot and its licensors retain all rights to the Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and other proprietary materials. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or credits:

  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • We may change prices with reasonable notice

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations or requirements.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XSHOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
